Bio: Oversees strategic mission execution, IRS 501(c)(3) public-charity compliance, fiscal transparency, and community outreach alliances across Tacoma, WA, USA.

Treasurer / Financial Officer

  • Budget management and revenue/expense oversight
  • Tax and financial reporting readiness
  • Asset transparency and donor fund tracking

Financial compliance stewardship (Compliance & Form 990 Oversight).

Bio: Oversees budget allocations, fiscal transparency, Form 990 readiness, and ensures 88%+ of all donated funds go directly to active community outreach programs.

Bio: Maintains corporate records, regulatory filings, conflict of interest disclosures, and oversees digital operations infrastructure to maintain organizational integrity.

Program & Outreach Director

Main Functions

  • Design and delivery of charity and community projects
  • Beneficiary intake and program scheduling
  • On-the-ground partnership building

Concurrent Role

Volunteer coordination and community relations (Field Operations).

Bio: Directs frontline program execution, beneficiary intake workflows, volunteer coordination, and strategic alliances with local community partners.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Directors disclose personal, financial, or family interests that could affect board votes. Interested parties recuse themselves from related decisions, and disclosures are recorded in meeting minutes.

Whistleblower Protections

Staff, volunteers, and community members may report suspected misuse of funds or ethical concerns to the Principal Officer or Treasurer without fear of retaliation. Reports can be sent to admin@hilltopstentoesdown.org.

Annual Review Commitment

As a small public charity filing Form 990-N, we conduct an annual internal financial review led by the Treasurer, with board approval of the year-end allocation report before public summary release.
